We've Arrived in Heidelberg

Arriving at Steffi's Hostel in Heidelberg marks the end of 18 hours of travel and found us all a bit grumpy. We were laughing by the end, arriving at the hostel to find three flights of stairs to walk up! That turned out to be the easy part, negotiating who got top bunk, another story. Oh yeah, turns out there is an elevator!






Quick nap and off to dinner. Tonight, I'm happy to report we went 4-4 with great dinner selections and had a fantastic night in Heidelberg strolling the streets, admiring architecture, the greenery and sampling gelato! So far, Heidelberg gets high marks in our book and we're excited for what tomorrow brings.

Tackiest thing we saw - A knife "block" to hold knives. Looks like that knife thrower needs more training!
